Frequently Asked Questions

1. Subscriptions & Billing

I subscribed to a Premium Plan, but the content is still locked.

Please try the Restore Purchases feature:

  1. Open AMC Buddy.
  2. Go to the Settings tab (or tap on any locked mock exam/category).
  3. Tap "Restore Purchases" at the bottom of the Paywall screen.
  4. If this doesn't work, ensure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used to purchase the subscription.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed directly by Apple. We cannot cancel them for you.

  1. Open your iPhone Settings.
  2. Tap your Name/Apple ID at the top.
