AMC Buddy ("we," "our," or "us") is developed by Naeman Goetz. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application (the "App"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. 1. Information We Collect We have designed AMC Buddy to minimize the amount of data we collect. A. Personal Data We do not require you to create an account, log in, or provide your name, email address, or phone number to use the App. We do not collect personally identifiable information (PII) directly. B. Usage and Progress Data All your study progress—including mock exam scores, adaptive ability ($\theta$) metrics, pacing data, and bookmarked questions—is stored locally on your device. • This data belongs to you. • If you delete the App without a device backup (e.g., iCloud Backup), this data will be permanently lost. • We do not have access to view your specific answers or scores. C. Financial Data We do not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to Apple via the App Store.

2. Third-Party Services We use third-party services to facilitate specific features of the App, primarily for managing subscriptions. RevenueCat We use RevenueCat to manage our subscription infrastructure (1-Month, 3-Month, and 6-Month passes). • What they collect: When you make a purchase, RevenueCat generates an anonymous App User ID to track your subscription status (e.g., "Pro" vs "Free"). 3. How We Use Your Information Since we do not collect personal data, our use of information is limited to: • Functionality: Storing your preferences and progress locally to make the App work. • Purchases: Verifying your subscription status via RevenueCat and Apple StoreKit.

Data Security We implement reasonable security measures to protect the integrity of the App. However, please note that no method of electronic storage or transmission over the internet is 100% secure. Because your study data is stored locally on your device, the security of that data also depends on your device’s security settings (e.g., your passcode or FaceID).

5. Children’s Privacy We do not knowingly solicit information from or market to children under the age of 13. The App is intended for medical professionals and International Medical Graduates (IMGs).

6. Your Rights (GDPR/CCPA/Australian Privacy Act) Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your data. • Access and Deletion: Since your data is stored locally on your device, you have full control. You can delete all your data at any time by deleting the App from your device or using the "Reset Progress" features within the App's settings. • Opt-out: You can manage your subscriptions and stop future payments via your iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
